Smart Cognition and Behaviour Screening
powered by Augmented Reality
The five-year SCOBES-AR project is developing a screening instrument designed to recognise cognitive and physical impairment at an early stage.
Changes in bodily functions can indicate a decline in memory performance at a very early stage. Such changes can occur in the areas of movement, nutrition and speech, for example, and are tested using the screening instrument. This is where the project comes in, with the aim of early detection and prevention.
The screening tool combines tests covering a variety of health disciplines, including dietetics, logopedics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, sports science and psychology, in order to establish a joint innovative process and carry out a scientific evaluation.
